Path2Jobs didn't start as a product idea. It came out of years working directly with people — on the ground in employment and workforce training. After helping over 300 of them, the need for a platform like this became obvious.
Years in workforce training, paired with a background in software, kept pointing at the same problem: there isn't a shortage of job sites, training directories or career resources — there are too many of them, scattered everywhere, and no easy way to tell which ones actually apply to you. So our team built the platform we felt was missing: one place that puts it together for you.
